Why Sydney CBD & Inner South is different
Almost four in five homes in the City of Sydney are apartments. The 2021 Census found 78.5 per cent of homes are flats or apartments, only 2.1 per cent are separate houses, and 64.1 per cent are rented. The average home has 1.8 bedrooms.
That makes the typical job small and tight: one or two split systems, an outdoor unit on a narrow balcony or grouped on a rooftop plant deck, and a lift and loading dock to plan around.
It also means systems change hands. Tenants move, the new tenant inherits the unit, and nobody knows when it was last cleaned. When we open those units we often find a thick mat of dust on the coil and a fan that has not been clean for years.
The new towers in Zetland, Waterloo, Rosebery and Mascot add one more factor. Outdoor units in enclosed plant areas recycle their own hot air, and the coils clog faster than units in open air.

Access
Tell us the building and the level when you book. If you have a loading dock or a lift booking system, we will fit in with it. You do not need strata approval to clean the unit in your own apartment.
If the outdoor unit is on a shared roof, let building management know the day. We bag the indoor unit so the rinse water goes into a bucket, and we carry the kit up by hand. Nothing is left in the lobby or corridor.

How it works
Tell us the brand and how many units you have, or send a photo. We come back with a fixed price and a time, seven days a week.
Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
