Why Sutherland Shire is different
The Shire is mostly houses, and people stay. The 2021 Census found 60.8 per cent separate houses, 36.4 per cent of homes owned outright and another 38.8 per cent with a mortgage. Only 22.3 per cent are rented.
Long-term owners mean long-serving systems. Many of the units we open here have been in the wall for years and have more build-up behind the coil than the owner expects.
The Shire also has two very different edges. Cronulla, Kurnell and Port Hacking face salt water. Menai, Engadine and Heathcote back onto the Royal National Park and Georges River bushland, where leaves and pollen clog outdoor coils.

Outdoor units are mostly on side paths and back walls. Apartments around Cronulla and Miranda have them on balconies.
We carry everything in by hand, bag the indoor unit and cover the floor. Near the water we rinse the outdoor coil longer to get the salt out.

How it works
Tell us the brand and how many units you have, or send a photo. We come back with a fixed price and a time, seven days a week.
Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
