Why St George & Bankstown is different
This is a mixed area. In Canterbury-Bankstown 55.0 per cent of homes are separate houses and 28.5 per cent are apartments; in Georges River it is 51.6 per cent houses and 36.2 per cent apartments (ABS Census 2021). The apartments cluster around Hurstville, Kogarah, Wolli Creek and Bankstown stations.
Households are a little bigger than the Sydney average, 2.8 to 2.9 people per home, and that shows in the systems we see: a split in most bedrooms plus one in the living area, often running long hours through summer.

Access
On the houses, outdoor units are usually along a side path or on a back wall. On the apartments around the stations they are on balconies or a shared roof. For a shared roof, just let building management know the day.
We bring drop sheets and a bagging kit, carry everything in by hand, and leave the room as we found it.

How it works
Tell us the brand and how many units you have, or send a photo. We come back with a fixed price and a time, seven days a week.
Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
