Outdoor units are usually on a side path, back wall or beside the garage. Ducted indoor units are in the roof, with the return-air grille in a hallway.
We carry the kit in by hand, bag split systems so rinse water goes into a bucket, and need manhole access for ducted work.

How it works

Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
