Sydney, NSW
From Manly to Palm Beach, nearly every outdoor unit on the Northern Beaches breathes salt air. We strip the indoor unit, treat the mould, and wash the salt out of the outdoor coil before it starts costing you power.
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
We service every major brand
Why Northern Beaches is different
The Northern Beaches is one long strip of coastline, and salt is the constant. Salt spray settles on outdoor coils, draws moisture out of the air and holds it against the aluminium fins. Airflow drops, the unit runs longer for the same result, and the fins slowly lose their finish.
The housing mix is broad. The 2021 Census counted 105,017 private dwellings in the Northern Beaches council area: 57.3 per cent separate houses and 33.4 per cent flats or apartments, many of them around Manly and Dee Why.
Owners stay put here. 34.8 per cent of homes are owned outright and another 34.9 per cent are owned with a mortgage, so a lot of the systems we open have been in the wall for many years. Older units are not a lost cause, but they tend to have more build-up behind the coil.
Beach houses also sit empty between visits. A system that is switched off for months in a humid coastal house is not resting. The drain pan stays damp and mould grows in the dust on the fan.
Real before and after results

A proper strip-down clean, not a spray and go.
Warning signs to watch for

Access
In Manly and Dee Why apartments the outdoor unit is usually on the balcony, where it catches the most spray. On houses along the peninsula it is often down a side path, sometimes on a sandstone ledge or under a deck.
We carry everything in by hand and bag the indoor unit so the rinse water goes into a bucket, not onto your floor. For outdoor units near the water we rinse longer and from both sides of the coil, because salt sits deep between the fins.

We had an excellent experience with Yoti and couldn’t be happier with his service! He did an exceptional job in cleaning our aircon unit, bathroom exhaust fan, and servicing/cleaning our fireplace and chimney - all in the one visit. We highly recommend Yoti - fantastic service from start to finish!Posted on Google![]()

From our jobs
Transparent pricing
No call-out fee and no charge for the quote. The same price in every suburb we service.
How it works
Tell us the brand and how many units you have, or send a photo. We come back with a fixed price and a time, seven days a week.
Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
The area
We cover the whole Northern Beaches Council area, from Manly, Fairlight and Balgowlah through Freshwater, Dee Why and Collaroy, up to Mona Vale, Newport, Avalon and Palm Beach, and inland to Frenchs Forest and Belrose.

FAQ
A split system deep clean starts at $249 + GST per unit, with 20 per cent off the second unit in the same visit. Ducted systems start at $350 + GST and are quoted per property. No call-out fee.
Yes. We cover the whole peninsula with no travel surcharge, from Manly to Palm Beach and inland to Frenchs Forest and Belrose.
Yes, mainly the outdoor unit. Salt collects on the fins and holds moisture against the metal, which cuts airflow. The unit runs longer to reach the same temperature, and your power bill shows it.
Every six months if you are within a few streets of the water or run the system most of the year. Once a year is fine further inland.
Yes. A system left off in a humid house grows mould in the drain pan and on the fan. Cleaning it before the first hot week means the first blast of air is clean, not musty.
Yes. On the beaches the outdoor unit is usually the part doing the most work against the salt, so we clean it in the same visit.
About an hour and a half to two hours for one split system including the outdoor unit. Two units in the same home take around three hours.
Yes. We quote ducted systems per property after seeing the number of outlets and the return-air setup.
