Why Hills District is different
The Hills has some of the biggest homes in Sydney. The Hills Shire is 81.2 per cent separate houses and 67.5 per cent have four or more bedrooms, averaging 3.8 bedrooms per home (ABS Census 2021).
That usually means a ducted system, or a split in most rooms, or both. Ducted return-air filters are easy to forget and slow the whole house down when they block.

Outdoor units are on side paths, back walls or beside the garage, sometimes some distance from the house on acreage. Ducted units are in the roof.
We carry everything in by hand, bag split systems, and need manhole access for ducted work.

How it works
Tell us the brand and how many units you have, or send a photo. We come back with a fixed price and a time, seven days a week.
Drop sheets and a containment bag go under the unit before anything comes off the wall.
Cover, filters and fan barrel come off. The barrel, coil and housing are chemically cleaned and rinsed, and the drain line is flushed.
The unit goes back together, gets a sanitising treatment, and we run it and check airflow and drainage in front of you.
